Caipirinha's are easy to make. All you need is a little cachaca (vodka can be substituted), a lime or tow and some cane sugar (plain sugar will be fine as well).
Make this drink in a lowball glass, or any other glass available.

2 tsp Sugar - cane or granulated (Sugars)
1 Lime - cut into wedges (Fruits / Juices)
2 oz Cachaca (Rums)

Add the sugar and lime wedges to an old-fashioned glass and mash it together.  Fill the glass with ice cubes.  Add the Cachaca (Pinga, made from sugar cane) and stir well.  As the ice melts, it will balance out the flavors.  Garnish with a slice of lime.
